In a moment when our Dad was in need of care, and time was of the essence, Tammy went above and beyond to expedite his entry and warmly welcome us. She is a natural problem solver with over 30 years of nursing experience, and it’s immediately clear that her lifelong passion for caregiving drives her to do whatever she can to help, even making herself available on evenings and weekends. I needed to find a personal care home for my aunt on very short notice after she fell and didn’t recover well during rehab. After visiting three other locations, I chose The Pines because of their personal warmth and investment in the residents. My aunt was a big challenge, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and all the staff members were exceeding kind and patient. I truly believe they brought her joy in her final days because of their attentiveness, care, and humor. Tammy, the Executive Director, was always knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in discussing any issues with my aunt, and all of the staff members were exceptional in every respect.
